Organizations that are part of the APMH Preferred Partner Program (P3) have gone through a rigorous evaluation process to demonstrate the functionality required to support the unique operations of pediatric practices and the ability to meet the APMH practice requirements. Being a member of P3 may help organizations attract pediatric practices and may help assure clients that the organization is capable of supporting their operations and goal of achieving APMH PCMH accreditation.

P3 Eligibility
Organizations must offer a pediatric-specific product to qualify for the APMH P3. Both Electronic Medical (Health) Records (EMR/EHR) organizations and practice software organizations may join P3.
2024 P3 Pricing and Fees
EMR/EHR
Organizations
Initial Application Fee – $5,000
The Initial Application Fee is nonrefundable and must be paid with the submission of a signed APMH P3 Agreement. The fee covers preliminary discussions and guidance for APMH’s initial review of the applying organizations EMR/EHR for alignment with APMH’s practice requirements.
Per Competency Per Category Fee – $1,000
The Per Competency Per Category Fee is nonrefundable and is charged for the pre-validation review of each competency the applying organization submits for review. The number of competencies submitted for review determines the final fee.
Annual Maintenance Fee – $2,000
The Annual Maintenance Fee is nonrefundable and is required each year to maintain membership in the APMH P3, which includes existing pre-validation status and administrative support. The initial membership and pre-validation status term is 12 months from the date of approval. The renewal term begins on the annual anniversary date. The Annual Maintenance Fee is due by the start of each renewal term.
Practice Software Organizations

The above fees are effective beginning January 1, 2024. All fees are subject to review and may be revised by APMH.
